Common use of Applications of Statutes Clause in Contracts

Applications of Statutes. If, after the effective date of this Contract, there is a change in Applicable Law that alters or amends the responsibilities or obligations of any of the Parties with respect to this Contract, this Contract shall be altered or amended to conform to the change in existing law as of the effective date of such change.

If, after the effective date of this Contract, there is a change in Applicable Law that which alters or amends the responsibilities or obligations of any of the Parties with respect to this Contract, this Contract shall be altered or amended deemed to incorporate the changed Applicable Law to conform to the change in existing law as of the effective date of such change.

If, after the effective date of Parties shall have executed this Contract, there is a change in Applicable Law that which alters or amends the responsibilities or obligations of any of the Parties with respect to this Contract, this Contract shall be altered or amended to conform confirm to the change in existing law as of the effective date of such change.
