Applications Withdrawn. If AmeriFirst obtains a credit report in connection with an application submitted to AmeriFirst by Merchant for credit approval, and the application is subsequently withdrawn, Merchant shall reimburse AmeriFirst for credit report fees incurred by AmeriFirst.
