Appointing captains. A company falling under the scope of the Dredging CBA Dredging only appoint on seagoing dredging equipment under the Dutch flag captains with a nationality as cited in Article 1 paragraph H of these regulations, unless approval has been granted by the Dredging Joint Committee as intended in Article 1 paragraph I.
