Appointment, Acceptance and Services. The Adviser appoints USBFS as “Administrative Manager”. As Administrative Manager, USBFS will provide administrative services and act as paying agent, as described below, on behalf of the Adviser. When providing these services, USBFS will act in conformity with requirements of the 1940 Act and all other applicable federal and state law regulations.
