Common use of Appointment and Authorization of the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment and Authorization of the Administrative Agent. Each Bank hereby irrevocably appoints, designates and authorizes the Administrative Agent to take such action on its behalf under the provisions of this Agreement, each other Loan Document and the Environmental Indemnity, and to exercise such powers and perform such duties, as are expressly delegated to it by the terms of this Agreement, any other Loan Document or the Environmental Indemnity, together with such powers as are reasonably incidental thereto and as further provided in the Co-Lender Agreement described below.
