Appointment and Change of L/C Bank. (a) The Company, with the prior written consent of the relevant Lender, may designate any Lender with a Revolving Facility Commitment or Additional Facility Commitment in relation to a revolving facility (as applicable) as an L/C Bank or as a replacement therefor, but not with respect to Documentary Credits already issued by any other L/C Bank.
