Common use of Appointment and Term Clause in Contracts

Appointment and Term. The Hospital hereby appoints the House Officer as a Post- Graduate Trainee in the Hospital’s Program commencing on July 1, 2020, and continuing until the latter of either June 30, 2021 or successful completion of the Program requirements (the “Initial Term”), upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
