Common use of Appointment and Term Clause in Contracts

Appointment and Term. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CMC hereby appoints Resident as a member of CMC’s House Staff and assigned to the department of «Program» (“Program”) and Resident desires to accept such appointment, commencing on «Date» (first day of Orientation), or such later date that the conditions precedent set forth in Section 12 have been met, and ending on «Date» (the “Term”), unless earlier terminated pursuant to Sections 13 and 14.

Appointment and Term. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CMC hereby appoints Resident as a member of CMC’s House Staff participating in the Program and assigned to the department of «Program» (“Program”) <INSERT DEPT> and Resident desires to accept such appointment, commencing on «Date» (first day of Orientation)<INSERT START DATE>, or such later date that the conditions precedent set forth in Section 12 8 have been met, and ending on «Date» <INSERT END DATE> (the “Term”), unless earlier terminated pursuant to Sections 13 and 14Section 9.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CMC hereby appoints Resident as a member of CMC’s House Staff and assigned to the department of «Program» Emergency Medicine (“Program”) and Resident desires to accept such appointment, commencing on «Date» June 20, 2015 (first day of Orientation), or such later date that the conditions precedent set forth in Section 12 have been met, and ending on «Date» June 30, 2016 (the “Term”), unless earlier terminated pursuant to Sections 13 14 and 1415.
