Common use of Appointment as a Subadvisor Clause in Contracts

Appointment as a Subadvisor. The Manager, being duly authorized, hereby appoints and employs Ranger Investment Management, L.P. (“Subadvisor”) as a discretionary asset manager, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, of those assets of the Fund which the Manager determines to allocate to the Subadvisor (those assets being referred to as the “Fund Account”). The Manager may, from time to time, with the consent of the Subadvisor, make additions to the Fund Account and may, from time to time, make withdrawals of any or all of the assets in the Fund Account.
