Common use of Appointment as Custodian Clause in Contracts

Appointment as Custodian. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Seller, the Trust and the Indenture Trustee, as their interests may appear, hereby appoint U.S. Bank National Association, and U.S. Bank National Association hereby accepts such appointment, as Custodian to maintain custody of the Receivables, the Contracts and the Receivable Files during such time as each such Person is a Receivables Holder.
