Common use of Appointment as Sub-Advisor Clause in Contracts

Appointment as Sub-Advisor. The Advisor, on behalf of the Client, hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor to provide, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to provide, sub-advisory services upon formation of the Client with respect to the Client Assets, subject to the supervision of the Advisor and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The provisions set forth on Annex D hereto are incorporated herein by reference thereto.

Appointment as Sub-Advisor. The Advisor, on behalf of the Client, Advisor hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor to provideprovide the services provided for herein with respect to some or all of the investment portfolio of the Fund as specified by the Advisor, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the supervision of the Advisor and the Board of Trustees of the Trust; and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to provide, sub-advisory services upon formation of the Client with respect to the Client Assets, subject to the supervision of the Advisor and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The provisions set forth on Annex D hereto are incorporated herein by reference theretoappointment.

Appointment as Sub-Advisor. The Advisor, on behalf of the Client, Advisor hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor to provide, act as investment adviser for and to manage the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to provide, sub-advisory services upon formation of the Client with respect to the Client Assets, subject to the supervision of the Advisor and on the Board of Trustees of the Trust, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in of this Agreement; and the Sub-Advisor xxxxxx accepts such appointment. The provisions set forth on Annex D hereto are incorporated herein by reference theretoIn such capacity, the Sub-Advisor shall be responsible for the investment management of the Sub-Advisor Assets.
