Common use of Appointment as Sub-SubAdviser Clause in Contracts

Appointment as Sub-SubAdviser. The SubAdviser hereby retains the Sub-SubAdviser to act as Sub-SubAdviser of the Fund to provide investment advice to the Fund as hereinafter set forth, subject to the supervision of the Adviser, SubAdviser and the Board of Trustees of the Fund and subject to the terms of this Agreement; and the Sub-SubAdviser hereby accepts such employment.
