Appointment by the Obligors. By way of security for the performance of its obligations under this Deed, each of the Obligors irrevocably appoints the Security Agent, any receiver appointed pursuant to any Security Document and their respective delegates and sub-delegates to be its attorney acting severally (or jointly with any other such attorney) and on its behalf and in its name or otherwise to do any and every thing which:
