Appointment, Duties and Compensation of the Trust Advisor. (a) (i) The Trust Advisor shall promptly review all information available to Privileged Persons on the Certificate Administrator’s Website related to any Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or REO Property and included as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) and each Asset Status Report delivered to the Trust Advisor by the Special Servicer; provided, that during any Subordinate Control Period, the Trust Advisor shall only be permitted to review Final Asset Status Reports.
