Common use of Appointment; Duties of the Image File Custodian Clause in Contracts

Appointment; Duties of the Image File Custodian. The Administrative Agent, each Lender and the Borrower, at the direction of and on behalf of the Administrative Agent, hereby appoint Xxxxx Fargo Bank, acting through its document custody division, to act solely on their behalf as Image File Custodian hereunder, and Xxxxx Fargo hereby accepts such appointment. The Image File Custodian shall perform such duties and only such duties as are specifically set forth in this Agreement.
