Appointment Of Additional Trustee And Allocation Of Responsibilities. The Employer may appoint one or more additional Trustees to hold specified investments for which the original Trustee is not serving in the capacity of Trustee. In the event that an additional Trustee is appointed, the second Trustee shall have no responsibilities for these specific assets other than as set forth herein. The original Trustee shall have no duties with respect to an investment held by any other person including, without limitation, any other Trustee for the Plan. Any other secondary Trustee of the Plan shall have no duties with respect to assets held in the Plan by the original Trustee or another secondary Trustee.
