Common use of Appointment of Administrator: Acceptance of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Administrator: Acceptance of Appointment. The Note Issuer hereby appoints the Administrator, and the Administrator hereby accepts such appointment, to perform the Administrator's obligations pursuant to this Agreement on behalf of and for the benefit of the Note Issuer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable law.
