APPOINTMENT OF AGENT/MANAGER. Owner hereby appoints Manager as its sole and exclusive agent for the purpose of managing the marketing, distribution, sale, Enhancement and support of the Security System within the Territory, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and Manager hereby accepts such appointment.
