Appointment of ALGA Representative. 10.1. If the position of the ALGA Representatives is vacant or is likely to become vacant, the BMF Chair will write to the ALGA requesting nominations for the vacancy and a justification of each nominee’s credentials against the considerations set out in clause 10.5.
