Appointment of Alliance Manager. (a) The Alliance Manager will: (i) be appointed by the ALT as soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement; (ii) be subject to the control and direction of the ALT; and (iii) assist us in fulfilling our obligations under this Agreement. (b) The ALT must, as soon as practicable after the date of this Agreement and in consultation with the Alliance Manager, arrange for the establishment of the AMT including the appointment of the members of the AMT.
