Common use of Appointment of Alliance Managers Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Alliance Managers. Promptly after the Effective Date, the Parties shall each appoint an individual who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters related to this Agreement and the Parties’ respective activities hereunder (the “Alliance Managers”). The Alliance Managers may, but are not required to be, members of the JRC, but in all events the Alliance Managers shall have the right to attend all meetings of the JRC and may bring to the attention of the JRC any matters or issues either of them reasonably believes should be discussed by such committee. Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time by written notice to the other Party.
