Common use of Appointment of Ancillary Trustee Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Ancillary Trustee. The Trustee is authorized to appoint another Trustee to act on behalf of the Trust Agreement in any jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, any state, government enclave, possession of the United States, foreign country, or possession of the United States, foreign country, or possession of a foreign country), in which the named Trustee, or any Successor, shall for any reason be unable to so act.
