Common use of Appointment of and Acceptance by Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of and Acceptance by Escrow Agent. The Escrow Issuers, Cequel and the Trustee hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agent hereunder. The Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment and, upon receipt by wire transfer of the Initial Deposit (as defined below) in accordance with Section 2 hereof, agrees to hold, invest and disburse the Escrow Property (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement.
