Common use of Appointment of and Acceptance by the Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of and Acceptance by the Escrow Agent. The Seller, Price and the Buyers hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as Escrow Agent hereunder. The Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment and, upon receipt of the Collateral, agrees to hold and distribute the Collateral in accordance with this Agreement.
