Appointment of Arbitrator Step. 4 When a party has requested that a grievance be submitted to arbitration, the grievance shall be submitted to one of the following single arbitrators on a rotational basis, subject to their availability, within ninety (90) days. In the event that none of the following arbitrators are available within ninety (90) days, then the arbitrator who is available at the earliest date shall be appointed.
