Appointment of Auditor. If the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of Clause 23.1(a), the Company may audit the Lessor's compliance with that clause. The Lessor must promptly comply with the requests of the Company or any auditor appointed by the Company in relation to an audit pursuant to this clause.
