Appointment of Certain Officers. Subject to Section 8.5 of this Agreements, the holders of the Preferred Shares shall have the right to nominate new management personnel to the Company, subject to the approval of the Board. The Ordinary Shareholders shall support and procure such appointments, and cause their representatives on the Board to approve such appointments. All Company officers so appointed shall report to the Board.
