Appointment of Closed-End Servicer. The Titling Trust, pursuant to the authority granted to it under the Titling Trust Agreement, appoints World Omni as the Closed-End Servicer under this Closed-End Servicing Agreement, including acting as agent of the Titling Trust and the Closed-End Collateral Agent in the management and control of the Closed-End Assets, including the Certificates of Title relating to the Closed-End Assets, and for all other purposes set forth in this Closed-End Servicing Agreement. World Omni accepts such appointments.
