Common use of Appointment of Co-Trustee by an Individual Trustee Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Co-Trustee by an Individual Trustee. Any individual who is serving as a Trustee may at any time appoint another person or a corporate Trustee to serve as a co-Trustee but only during the period of time that such individual is serving as a Trustee. The Trustee has the right to remove such co-Trustee from such office, with or without cause, upon written notice thereof mailed or delivered to such appointed co-Trustee.
