Common use of APPOINTMENT OF CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER Clause in Contracts

APPOINTMENT OF CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDER. 2.1 Each of the Companies hereby appoints the Corporate Services Provider to be its corporate services provider under the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and the Corporate Services Provider accepts such appointment. 2.2 The Corporate Services Provider shall be responsible for the provision of services to each of the Companies and certain matters incidental thereto, with due observance of the following: (a) all requirements of English Law and the Articles of Association of each of the Companies (as applicable); and (b) the provisions of this Agreement (including those set out in the Schedules hereto).
