Common use of Appointment of Custodian Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Custodian. (a) The Fund hereby constitutes and appoints the Custodian as custodian of all the Securities and moneys owned by or in the possession of a Portfolio during the period of this Agreement. (b) The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such custodian and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

Appointment of Custodian. (a) The Fund hereby constitutes and appoints the Custodian as custodian of all the Securities and moneys monies at the time owned by or in the possession of a Portfolio the Fund during the period of this Agreement. (b) 2.2 The Custodian Bank hereby accepts appointment as such custodian for the Fund and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

(b) 2.2 The Custodian Bank hereby accepts appointment as such custodian for the Fund and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

Appointment of Custodian. (a) The Fund hereby constitutes and appoints the Custodian as custodian of all the Securities and moneys monies owned by or in the possession of a Portfolio during the period of this Agreement. (b) The Fund hereby appoints the Custodian as a Foreign Custody Manager to perform the responsibilities as set forth in Section 3A. (c) The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such custodian and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

(b) The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such custodian and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

(b) The Custodian shall provide tax reclaim services to the extent a Fund has provided the necessary documentation in order for Custodian to provide such service. (c) The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such custodian and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

(b) 2. The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such custodian and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

(a) The Fund hereby constitutes and appoints the Custodian as custodian of all the Securities and moneys cash owned by or in the possession of a Portfolio each Fund at any time during the period term of this Agreement. (b) The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such custodian and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

(a) The Fund hereby constitutes and appoints the Custodian as custodian of all the Securities and moneys at the time owned by or in the possession of the Fund and specifically allocated to a Portfolio during the period of this Agreement. (b) The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such custodian for each Portfolio and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.

Appointment of Custodian. (a) The Fund hereby constitutes and appoints the Custodian as custodian of all the Securities and moneys owned by or in the possession of a Portfolio during the period of this Agreement. The Securities and cash of the Fund, other than cash that is a deposit obligation of the custodian, shall be and remain the sole property of the fund and the custodian shall have only custody thereof. (b) The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such custodian and agrees to perform the duties thereof as hereinafter set forth.
