The Company Company, the Trust and the Dealer Manager Placement Agent hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve Bankers Trust Company as escrow agentagent in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company and the Dealer Manager hereby appoint appoints the Escrow Agent to serve as the escrow agentagent under this Escrow Agreement, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Buyer and the Dealer Manager Seller hereby jointly appoint and designate the Escrow Agent to serve as the escrow agentagent for the purposes set forth in this Agreement, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with appointment under the terms of and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Purchaser and the Dealer Manager Company hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agentagent in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Seller and the Dealer Manager Purchaser hereby designate and appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agentagent hereunder, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointmentconfirms its agreement to act as escrow agent upon the terms, each in accordance with the terms conditions, and provisions of this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company and the Dealer Manager Placement Agent hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agentagent and custodian for the purposes of this Agreement, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with upon the terms of and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Purchaser and the Dealer Manager Sellers’ Representative hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agentagent in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company and the Dealer Manager Placement Agents hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agent, agent in accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Purchaser and the Dealer Manager Member Representative hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agent, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with for the purposes and subject to the terms of and conditions set forth in this Escrow Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Company, the Buyer and the Dealer Manager Seller hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agent, act in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each appointment and agrees to act in accordance with the terms of this Agreementand subject to such terms.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Vendors and the Dealer Manager Purchaser hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agentAgent, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each to serve as escrow agent to administer the within escrow and to receive, to hold in safe custody and to deliver the Escrowed Shares and all Escrow Amounts in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company and the Dealer Manager Investment Agent hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agent, agent in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company and the Dealer Manager hereby appoint the appoints Escrow Agent to serve act as escrow agentEscrow Agent in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Make Good Agreement, and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each appointment and agrees to act as Escrow Agent in accordance with the such terms of this Agreementand conditions.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Each of Buyer and the Dealer Manager Company hereby appoint appoints the Bank as the escrow agent under this Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agentAgreement (the Bank in such capacity, the "Escrow Agent"), and the Escrow Agent hereby accepts such appointment, each in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Company Company, Buyer and the Dealer Manager Merger Sub hereby appoint the Escrow Agent to serve as an escrow agentagent to receive, hold, administer, and deliver the Escrow Funds in accordance with this Agreement, and Escrow Agent hereby accepts such its appointment, each in accordance with pursuant to the terms of this Agreementand subject to the conditions set forth herein.

Appointment of Escrow Agent. The Company Company, on the one hand, and the Dealer Manager Trustee, on the other hand, do hereby appoint and designate the Escrow Agent to serve as escrow agentagent for the purposes set forth herein, and the Escrow Agent does hereby accepts accept such appointment, each in accordance with appointment under the terms of this Agreementand conditions set forth herein.
