Appointment of liquidators etc. A liquidator, trustee, administrator, receiver, administrative receiver, manager or similar officer is appointed in respect of any member of the NCLC Group or in respect of all or any substantial part of the assets of any member of the NCLC Group and in any such case such appointment is not withdrawn within thirty (30) days (the “Grace Period”) unless the Agent considers in its sole discretion that the interest of the Lenders might reasonably be expected to be adversely affected in which event the Grace Period shall not apply.
