APPOINTMENT OF MANAGING. ACCEPTANCE Owner hereby appoints Agent as sole and exclusive agent of Owner to lease and manage the property described in paragraph 1.2 upon the terms and conditions provided herein. Agent accepts the appointment and agrees to furnish the services of its organization for the leasing and management of the Premises; and Owner agrees to pay all expenses in connection with those services.
