Appointment of Master Servicer. The Purchaser shall have the right, at any time, to appoint a master servicer (the “Master Servicer”) in its sole discretion. Servicer hereby agrees to remit to, take direction from, and cooperate with, the Master Servicer, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Purchaser shall notify Servicer of any appointment of a Master Servicer.
