Appointment of Paying Agent and Note Registrar. The Company hereby appoints Citibank, N.A., London Branch as the Paying Agent and Note Registrar with respect to the Notes, and Citibank, N.A., London Branch hereby accepts such appointment. By accepting such appointment, The Citibank, N.A., London Branch agrees to be bound by and to perform the services with respect to itself set forth in the terms and conditions set forth in this Indenture, the Notes and the Paying Agent and Note Registrar Appointment Letter.
