Appointment of Project Teams. Each PSC shall be empowered to create such project teams as it may deem appropriate or necessary, such as for specific oversight of Development, Manufacturing, Commercialization or intellectual property issues relating to the Split Territory Licensed Program and Split Territory Licensed Product(s) for which such PSC is responsible. Each such project team created by a PSC shall report to such PSC, which shall have authority to approve or reject recommendations or actions proposed by such project team, subject to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the same representatives from each Party may serve on the project team for more than one Split Territory Licensed Program.
