Common use of Appointment of Separate Trustees Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Separate Trustees. (a) At any time or -------------------------------- times, for the purpose of meeting any legal requirements of any jurisdiction in which any part of the Indenture Estate may at the time be located or in which any action of the Indenture Trustee may be required to be performed or taken or if the Indenture Trustee shall be advised by counsel satisfactory to it that it is so necessary or prudent in the interests of the Certificate Holders, or in the event the Indenture Trustee shall have been requested to do so by a Majority in Interest of Certificate Holders, the Indenture Trustee, by an instrument in writing signed by it, and without the concurrence of the Owner Trustee, may appoint one or more individuals or corporations to act as separate trustee or separate trustees or co-trustee, acting jointly with the Indenture Trustee, or to act as separate trustee or trustees of all or any part of the Indenture Estate with such powers as may be provided in an agreement supplemental hereto.
