Common use of Appointment of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Servicer. (a) Each party acknowledges and agrees that MBFS USA, as Servicer under the Basic Servicing Agreement, will also act as Servicer under this 2017-A Servicing Supplement with respect to the 2017-A Reference Pool and the 2017-A Exchange Note and MBFS USA will also act as agent and custodian of the Titling Trust in the management and control of the 2017-A Leases and 2017-A Vehicles included in the 2017-A Reference Pool and for all other purposes set forth in the 2017-A Servicing Agreement, in each case, for the benefit of each holder and pledgee of the 2017-A Exchange Note. MBFS USA hereby accepts such appointments.

Appointment of Servicer. (a) Each party acknowledges and agrees that MBFS USA, as Servicer under the Basic Servicing Agreement, will also act as Servicer under this 20172016-A B Servicing Supplement with respect to the 20172016-A B Reference Pool and the 20172016-A B Exchange Note and MBFS USA will also act as agent and custodian of the Titling Trust in the management and control of the 20172016-A B Leases and 20172016-A B Vehicles included in the 20172016-A B Reference Pool and for all other purposes set forth in the 20172016-A B Servicing Agreement, in each case, for the benefit of each holder and pledgee of the 20172016-A B Exchange Note. MBFS USA hereby accepts such appointments.
