Common use of Appointment of Servicer Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Servicer. (a) Each party acknowledges and agrees that MBFS USA, as Servicer under the Basic Servicing Agreement, will also act as Servicer under this 2016-B Servicing Supplement with respect to the 2016-B Reference Pool and the 2016-B Exchange Note and MBFS USA will also act as agent and custodian of the Titling Trust in the management and control of the 2016-B Leases and 2016-B Vehicles included in the 2016-B Reference Pool and for all other purposes set forth in the 2016-B Servicing Agreement, in each case, for the benefit of each holder and pledgee of the 2016-B Exchange Note. MBFS USA hereby accepts such appointments. (b) The Servicer may delegate its duties and obligations as Servicer in accordance with Section 3.05 of the Basic Servicing Agreement.

Appointment of Servicer.
