Appointment of Subadvisor Clause Samples
Appointment of Subadvisor. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions hereof, Manager hereby appoints Subadvisor as investment subadvisor to provide the various investment advisory and other services to the Fund set forth herein and, subject to the restrictions set forth herein, and hereby delegates to Subadvisor the authority vested in Manager pursuant to the Management Contract to the extent necessary to enable Subadvisor to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Subadvisor accepts such appointment for the compensation herein provided and agrees to use its best efforts in performing the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement. Manager shall continue to have responsibility for all services to be provided to the Fund pursuant to the Management Contract and shall oversee and review the Subadvisor's performance of its duties under this Agreement.
Appointment of Subadvisor. The Adviser hereby employs the Subadvisor to provide investment advisory services to the Fund for the period and on the terms herein set forth. The Subadvisor accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided.
Appointment of Subadvisor. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions hereof, the Issuer hereby appoints the Subadvisor as investment subadvisor to provide advisory services to the Fund subject to the restrictions set forth herein and in such manner and to such extent as may be approved by the Board of Directors of the Issuer from time to time. The Subadvisor hereby accepts the appointment as investment subadvisor of the Fund and agrees to furnish the services described herein.
Appointment of Subadvisor. The Advisor being duly authorized by the Trustees pursuant to the Investment Advisory Agreement hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor as a sub-advisor to the Fund for those assets of the Fund which the Advisor determines to assign to the Sub-Advisor (those assets being referred to as the “Fund Account”), for the period and on the terms set forth in this Agreement. The Sub-Advisor hereby accepts the appointment as a Sub-Advisor and agrees to use its best professional judgment to make timely investment decisions for the Fund with respect to the investments of the Fund Account in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Appointment of Subadvisor. (a) Managers AMG GW&K Fixed Income Fund. The Adviser hereby employs the Subadvisor to provide investment advisory services to the Managers AMG GW&K Fixed Income Fund for the period and on the terms herein set forth. The Subadvisor accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided.
Appointment of Subadvisor. (a) Essex Small/Micro Cap Growth Fund. The Adviser hereby employs the Subadvisor to provide investment advisory services to the Essex Small/Micro Cap Growth Fund for the period and on the terms herein set forth. The Subadvisor accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services herein set forth, for the compensation herein provided.
