Appointment of Successor Owner Trustee. If the Owner Trustee resigns or the Administrator removes the Owner Trustee, the Administrator will promptly appoint a successor Owner Trustee who meets the eligibility requirements in Section 9.1. If no successor Owner Trustee is appointed and has accepted the appointment within 30 days after the Administrator receives notice of the resignation or removal of the Owner Trustee, the Owner Trustee may petition a court of competent jurisdiction to appoint a successor Owner Trustee.
