Appointment of Teachers to Positions of Responsibility. (1) All positions of responsibility shall be posted at all work sites for a period of five (5) working days. (2) The appointment of teachers to positions is done at the discretion of the Board and in accordance with the Education Act as amended. (3) All qualifications being equal, preference shall be given to applicants presently in the employ of the Board.
