Common use of Appointment of the Administrator Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Administrator. The Trust hereby appoints the Administrator to provide the Funds with the business administration services described herein. The Administrator hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to render the services and to assume the obligations herein set forth for the compensation herein provided.
