Common use of Appointment of the Agent and Security Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Agent and Security Agent. (a) Each other Finance Party appoints the Agent and Security Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Fundamental Documents. (b) Each other Finance Party authorizes the Agent and Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Agent under or in connection with the Fundamental Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

(a) Each other Finance Party appoints (other than the Agent and Security Agent) appoints: (a) the Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Fundamental Finance Documents.; and (b) Each other Finance Party authorizes the Agent and Security Agent to exercise act as its agent and as trustee under the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Agent under or in connection with the Fundamental Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretionsSecurity Documents.

(a) Each other Finance Party appoints (other than the Agent and Security Agent) appoints: (a) the Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Fundamental Finance Documents.; and (b) Each other Finance Party authorizes the Agent and Security Agent to exercise act as its agent and as trustee under and for the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given purposes of the Finance Documents to which it is or is intended to be a party (including as trustee of the Agent under or in connection with the Fundamental Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretionsSecurity Property).

(b) Each other Finance Party authorizes authorises each of the Agent and the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Agent and the Security Agent under or in connection with the Fundamental Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.
