Common use of Appointment of the Agents Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Agents. (A) Each other Finance Party (other than the relevant Agent) appoints each Agent to act in that capacity under and in connection with the Finance Documents. (B) Each other Finance Party authorises each Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to that Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

Appointment of the Agents. (Aa) Each of the other Finance Party (other than Parties appoints the relevant Agent) appoints each Facility Agent to act in that capacity as its agent under and in connection with the Finance Documents. (B) Each other Finance Party Documents and authorises each the Facility Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given delegated to that Agent it under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions. (b) Each of the other Finance Parties appoints the US Paying Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Finance Documents.

(Bb) Each other Finance Party authorises each Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to that Agent it under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

(Bb) Each other Finance Party appoints the Security Agent to act as its security agent and security trustee under and in connection with the Security Documents. (c) Each Finance Party appointing an Agent authorises each that Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to that Agent it under or in connection with the Finance Transaction Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

(B) 32.1.2 Each other Finance Party authorises each Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to that Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.
