Appointment of the Borrower as Agent for the Subsidiary Guarantors. Each Subsidiary Guarantor hereby irrevocably appoints and authorizes the Borrower to act as its agent for service of process and notices required to be delivered under this Subsidiary Guaranty or under the other Loan Documents, it being understood and agreed that receipt by the Borrower of any summons, notice or other similar item shall be deemed effective receipt by each Subsidiary Guarantor and its Subsidiaries.
