Appointment of the Custodian. The Fund hereby appoints the Custodian as its agent for the term of this Contract to perform the cash management services set forth herein. The Custodian hereby accepts appointment as such agent for the Fund and agrees to establish and maintain one or more Accounts and/or Omnibus Accounts as the parties shall determine are necessary to receive and disburse money as provided in this Agreement.
