Common use of Appointment of the Facility Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Facility Agent. Each Lender hereby irrevocably appoints the Facility Agent as their agent for the purposes set forth in this Agreement and Security Documents related hereto, and each Lenders hereby irrevocably authorizes the Facility Agent to take relevant actions on its behalf to exercise such rights, authority, and discretionary power as that are expressly or inexplicitly delegated to the Facility Agent (with the reasoning attached) by the terms of this Agreement and Security Documents related hereto, together with such other powers reasonably incidental thereto.
