Appointment of the Loan Platform Administrator. The Company hereby appoints PMI as the initial Loan Platform Administrator, and PMI hereby accepts such appointment, to manage the Prosper System on the Company’s behalf and otherwise provide services to the Company in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
