APPOINTMENT OF THE OPERATING COMPANY. The Concessionaire hereby appoints the Operating Company to perform the management, operations, maintenance, administration and other services described herein (the “Services”), subject to the terms, conditions and provisions set forth herein. The Operating Company accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the Services in accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions set forth herein. The Operating Company shall have no interest in or rights under the ARCA or interest in the Project.
